Terms of Service

By using BudgetPro you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the service. We've kept this readable on purpose.

BudgetPro is a tool for tracking your own spending and budgeting by hand (typing, scanning a receipt, or importing a CSV). It is a personal organisation tool — it is not financial, investment, tax, or legal advice, and the numbers it shows are only as accurate as what you enter.

You sign in with Google. You're responsible for keeping access to your Google account secure and for the activity under your BudgetPro account. One person per account.

Don't misuse the service: no attempts to break, overload, or reverse-engineer it, no unlawful use, and nothing that infringes others' rights. We may suspend accounts that do.

• The core of BudgetPro is free. Pro is an optional upgrade that unlocks extra features.
• The Founding Member offer is a one-time payment for lifetime Pro access — "lifetime" means for as long as we operate BudgetPro, not a legal guarantee of perpetuity. After the founding period, Pro may be offered as a subscription.
• Payments are processed by Lemon Squeezy, who act as the merchant of record; their terms also apply at checkout. If you're unhappy, contact us within 14 days of purchase and we'll make it right (refund per Lemon Squeezy's policy and your statutory rights).

Your data is yours. How we handle it is described in our Privacy Policy. Keep your own backups of anything important — while we take care with your data, you are responsible for your records.

BudgetPro is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind. We don't promise the service will always be uninterrupted or error-free. To the fullest extent allowed by law, we're not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for financial decisions you make using the app. Nothing here limits rights that can't be limited under the law that applies to you.

You can stop using BudgetPro and delete your account any time. We may suspend or end access if these terms are broken or if we discontinue the service; we'll give reasonable notice where we can.

We may update these terms; we'll change the date above and note material changes in the app. Continuing to use BudgetPro means you accept the updated terms.
